Late arrivals may result in an abbreviated session, or the rescheduling of your service.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call 24 hours in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Sometimes inevitable situations may arise and schedule changes may occur. I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a charge of 25% of the scheduled service. “No call, no shows” will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. As a courtesy, I will send out a reminder e-mail, and a text message 48hrs prior to your appointment to confirm. If you are unable to make your appointment and neglect to notify us at least 24 hours in advance, a nonrefundable deposit will be required in order to reserve a future appointment.
